  • At least one campaign set up for launching outreach.

1. Shortlisted List

  • What you see: All website visitor opportunities you've marked as shortlisted, with enriched contact details like email, title, and company.

  • How to use: Review visitor contact info and roles to target qualified leads. Archive leads that are no longer relevant to keep your shortlist clean.

2. Export to Excel

  • Purpose: Download your full shortlist for external reporting, collaboration, or offline review.

  • How to use: Click “Export to Excel” to get your enriched lead list in a spreadsheet.

3. Send All to Campaign

  • Purpose: Instantly launch automated LinkedIn or other outreach sequences to all shortlisted leads.

  • How to use: Click “Send all to campaign,” select your campaign type, and Leadsourcing will handle bulk outreach, saving you manual effort.

4. Setup Workflow

  • Purpose: Launch everyone in your shortlist into your chosen outreach campaign workflow.

  • How to use: Select “Setup workflow,” pick your desired workflow (e.g., drip emails, nurture series), and all shortlisted leads are automatically included in your campaign.
